It’s really clean, smells great, well-maintained, and has really good cold (but quiet) air conditioning. It’s also conveniently located to a lot of restaurants & shopping (Plaza Senayan or Senayan City), making it easy to avoid the need for cars (and therefore traffic). It was also lovely that we could have enough space to host a handful of family at the room.

This was our second time, staying at Fairmont. The 1st one was 5 nights during quarantine. We didn't get to enjoy the facilities. This time, 4 nights, we used the pool, the gym, and even the spa. All facilties are in good condition. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep too. The view of the golf course was amazing. Started from the greetings at the entrance, the concierge, the staff at reception, housekeeping, the breakfast staff, the 1945 restaurant staff.. all so friendly, well acknowledged, and quick in responses.. I have to give a compliment to especially to the reception staff, Miss Dea and Miss Tania.. They were amazing in handling our bookings. I honestly think it feels like home.

Environment is very well maintained and feels safe Staff was exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The only shortfall is that the room aircon broke down halfway through my 1st night stay and the room was really stuffy and warm and the aircon was fixed only on the day after. However, even with this, the room stay was still superb and comfortable. Love that the room is really quiet. Service at Willow Spa was really lovely and the staff there was very friendly and skillful.

The Fairmont is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in Jakarta. Although I only had a short stay, the room I stayed in was comfortable and the hotel's facilities I utilised (gym, pool, breakfast buffet and access to Plaza Senayan) are excellent. I have to also express my gratitude to the hotel's team members. Every interaction from the moment I arrived to the day I checked out was met with both friendliness and professionalism and it made my stay all the more special. I look forward to staying at Fairmont the next time I'm in Jakarta.

Staff were absolutely amazing. The whole stay was great and peaceful and catered to the comfort I needed. Location was also great as it is close to two malls and many other recreational areas. I stayed at Fairmont to attend a concert nearby and it was very convenient, I only needed to walk a few minutes to get there.

Room is very spacious & comfortable. The toilet is very cozy and well equipped. Spacious and nice lobby. Staffs are very nice & accommodating. Very near to a lot of attractions.

From the lobby to the individual room the decor was eye-pleasing and very tasteful. A book in the room catalogues the hundreds of artworks displayed on the property. The breakfast buffet and coffee shop are on the pricey side but satisfying.

Breakfast spread is a 5 star! Kudos to the chef and team. The location of hotel is connected to Plaza Senayan and at every point there are security guards to ensure safety for everyone. Additionally, their spa was excellent. Try their signature massage, definitely will relax your body and ease those tired muscles.

Amazing experience during our stay at Fairmont Hotel while watched Tinnas vs Bahrain at GBK stadium. We can meet Indonesian National Team players at this hotel and got opportunities to direct interaction with them. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable especially for our big family (2 adult and 3 kids)
